To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need to send us a video recording while unpacking the parcel. This helps us confirm that the item was shipped damaged and not damaged after delivery.
If you don’t like the cap for any reason (such as the design, color, or fitting), you can exchange it. To do this, you’ll need to send the cap back to our address via courier (you’ll cover the courier cost). Once we receive and inspect the cap, we’ll send you the new cap you asked for.
